The complimentary high-speed Internet access ensured seamless connectivity for my work requirements. The bar/lounge area was a great spot for informal meetings or unwinding after a busy day. The location near a metro station was ideal for exploring Lausanne during downtime. The staff's attentiveness, from the VIP check-in/out to catering to my early check-in request, exemplified top-notch service for business travelers.
